Acquires BWI Airport Marriott Hotel, Baltimore, USA

Capital Hospitality Group, a private investment fund focused on international leisure assets, today announces the acquisition of the BWI Airport Marriot Hotel. The hotel is the Company’s first acquisition in the USA.

The hotel is located adjacent to the Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, the BWI business district near downtown Baltimore, Maryland and near Washington DC.

The hotel is ideal for business meetings, conferences, events, weddings and receptions and offers 18,800 square feet of flexible meeting space, including 19 event rooms, numerous breakout rooms, and the Grand Ballroom that can seat up to 1,200 guests.
